If you are new and want to learn how to make graphics I will be happy to answer any questions I can. Graphics are made with computer programs such as Pant Shop Pro, Photo Shop and Photo Impact Pro. To make glitter or animated graphics you also require an animation program. I personally use Paint Shop Pro 9 with Jasc animation to make my graphics.

Many people are unaware of what is "theft" of graphics. Many people do not understand the difference between what is allowed to be done with graphics and what is not. Here are some basic out lines of what you can and can not do with graphics on the net:
Uploading graphics from one Graphics site to any other Graphics sites, is considered redistributing. Redistributing graphics with out the artist permission is STEALING!
Photo Bucket is NOT Public Domain and many of the graphics there are there without the artists permission. Many people do not realize that they should set their albums to PRIVATE to keep their Pictures and graphics from being stolen. Many do not realize that if they are collecting graphics they like in their albums they are also allowing those graphics to be stolen if their album is not set to PRIVATE. That is very unfair the the artists of those graphics because many people do not realize that PHOTO BUCKET and site like it are NOT PUBLIC DOMAIN.
Photo Bucket is NOT a good place to get graphic resources (graphics you can use to make graphics or layouts). If you use graphics from Photo Bucket chances are that you are stealing somebody's hard work, or Personal Pictures.
If you are using graphic creation sites such as Blingee or Imikimi to "make" graphics even if you crop off the site name, it is stealing if you redistribute them by uploading those graphics to other Graphic sites. Those site are for making PERSONAL graphics for use on PRIVATE sites such a family web pages, memorial sites ect. only.
DO NOT use graphics found on Glitter-Graphics to "make" graphics or layouts, it is STEALING and against the TOU (terms of use)of the site.
PERSONAL USE ONLY means you can use the graphics to decorate and send to friends on personal sites such as here on GG, MYSPACE, Private Family web sites and private memorial sites.
Taking a graphic and "altering" it (adding a background, frame, wording or covering over parts such as the signature tag) does not make that graphic yours, it is still stolen unless you have gotten permission from the original artist to use the graphic.
Do Not use any art that you do not know who the artist is or where it is from, and always give credit the the artist who's work you use. There are many sites on the net that provide resource artwork for making graphics.
Please make sure you give credit to these artists in the description for your graphic if you use any of their art! Make sure you read and follow each artist TOU (Terms of Use).

Nearly five thousand revelers hoping for an early spring were disappointed today after Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow.
But those winter jackets may be able to go in the closet sooner than the forecasting groundhog has to say.
It turns out the ultimate prognosticator- and his copycat counterparts- are wrong more often than they are right.
An analysis by the National Climatic Data Center found there is no correlation between Phil's predictions and the actual weather. So you never know, spring could be well on its way,or we could be freezing for a few more weeks!
