I thought they were all AI, my mistake as it was hard to tell. So the one you have just uploaded, is that just the tube that is AI?
If so I will change to Clipart again and your others.💖

I've been really poorly with Gastric Flu, and in hospital on a drip.
I'm much better now but it lasted 18 days and still not back to normal.
