I have been going to the chiro-
practor for my back, trying to
avoid long-term rehab or surgery.
It seems to be helping. I can't
sit in my computer chair for long,
but hubby bought a lumbar pillow
to use and it helps a bit. Yes,
anyone who has ever had back pain
knows how awful it is. Hope you
and your Al are having a good week.
