after trying about 6 more times it finally opened for me and I just decided to leave it open instead of closing when I'm done so hope I won't encounter that problem again. now let's hope I don't accidently close it on accident an never be able to open it again 🤣 but still let me know if you know of any other's like OIE, just incase 😉

So sorry to hear about your chest infection, glad yo hear you are starting to get better with the antibiotics.
Thanks for getting back to me about OIE. I tried the link but am still getting an error. must be something on my end, just can't figure out what it could be since nothing has changed with my phone or internet service during the last few days. do you by chance know of any other free online image editors like OIE where I can edit my gifs? I know of a few editors like lunapic.com and bloggif.com but lunapic doesn't have glitter only that glitter outlining feature and sparkle overlay and bloggif has glitter but you can only select one glitter per gif which is sooo lame. let me know if you know of any other OIE type editors out there.

we haven't talked in a long time 😟 I hope you are doing good. I was wondering if you would check something for me? all of a sudden I can't open OIE. I get error 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied. would you check and see if it opens for you? I'm just curious to now what the deal is 🤪
