GOOD MORNING MY FRIEND, I HOPE YOUR WEEKEDN WAS A GOOD ONE FOR YOU. IT IS COLD HERE IN FLORIDA~~ SO COLD, BUT I AM LOVING IT. NOW ALL I NEED IS THE WHITE FLUFFY STUFF TO FALL FROM THE SKY, I DOUBT I WILL EVER SEE THAT HAPPEN HERE, BUT I CAN ALWAYS DREAM AND WISH!! LOL~~~ I WISH YOU A WONDERFUL WEEK FILLED WITH FESTIVE FUN AND LOVE ALL AROUND YOU~~ HUGS,
WOW, what a surprize,
as I woke up to about a 6 inches of snow this morning,
when the weatherman was only calling for 1 to 3,
oh well, I love the snow anyways,
just don't like driving in it,
so it's all good :)
Hope it's not too bad where you are...
Going to do some housecleaning, decorating, laundry &
maybe start my christmas cards, & hopefully finish
my little bit of christmas shopping I have left
this weekend, other than that,
no special plans for this week, how about you?
Technically, it is not winter yet.
However, we have close to six inches of snow
on the ground and the temperatures are in the
twenties and thirties. So, it sure feels like
winter.
Enjoy your week, Belle, and the beauty of the season,
no matter what your thermometer may say.
Big Warm Hugs, Rita
As out the window,
I look, more snow today,
have only one thing to say,
take our snow please.
Six week-ends straight,
snow, snow every where,
have only one thing to say,
take our snow please, today.
So much snow, so much cold,
snow in the streets, snow in the yard,
snow on the car, snow on my shoe,
have only one thing to say,
take our snow please, we don't know what to do.
Winter, oh winter please end,
all of this snow, we don't really want it,
snow falling, flakes dropping
have only one thing to say,
take our snow please, don't delay.
I am searching for the right words to describe just how I feel today.
Let me just put it this way ... you are more than a friend to me.
Let me just say a "SPECIAL THANK YOU" for all the nice and
wonderful greetings from all of you. It brings special joy to the day.
Special thanks also to all the artist who have blessed us with such
beautiful artwork for us to enjoy and I know and look forward to more
beautiful handiwork in the seasons to come. A friend sent me some
beautiful meaningful words and I just felt that I should share it with you
too. I have added here as the last two paragraphs. I believe it is more to
remind us ... that Christmas is nearing and to have a right attitude.
After all, ... Christmas is a time for sharing and giving.
I know and express joy, unlimited and full of gratitude.

Do hope that things have been going well for you since my last visit : )
How is the weather with you?....Ours is snow-snow-snow with one snow storm after another, apart from the roads which are bad enough until the snow plough arrives then 40 mins later they are covered again, there is now between 18-25 inches on the public paths, fields, pavements and cars which is worse that it has been in the UK for many years!
Here in the north east schools etc have been closed all week even the smaller local shops are closed and there is no bread and milk as no deliveries are being made.
It's great if you like building snowmen, igloos and sledging...but I haven’t been doing those for quite a long time and don't intend to start now! lol ; )
Hope weather wise things are a lot better with you.
Take care...have a great weekend...thinking of you
