Someone who is being accused of being drunk but isn't would say 'I swear to God I'm not drunk' but someone who is drunk but trying to pretend they aren't might end up saying 'I swear to drunk I'm not God'. If you know what I mean, it's funny as in the drunk person getting it wrong and saying 'I swear to drunk I'm not God' instead, not of God. :)
