Hello my GG friends, I hope this little note finds all of you safe and sound if you went through that awful hurricane as I did. I want to take this time to thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for your hugs, love and messages here and on FB. It meant the world to me to know that my friends were thinking of me and Kenny and my family. SO THANK YOU!! Thankfully when Kenny and I returned home from an over night stay with my granddaughter and her mom we found our home still standing and just a few roof shingles on the lawn. All are fixed now. The yard both front and back was filled with tree limbs, and debris, took me and Kenny 5 hours but that is all cleaned. We went through 5 solid days with no power nor running water due to the fact I have a well system that runs off electric..lost all our food in the freezer and fridge.. So you can imagine the tough time that was, the heat was in the 90's inside my home and out. When power went on this past friday, once the central air was turned on and the home cooled down I headed for the best shower..LOL..So yes we can say we survived IRMA!! I missed all of you and felt so alone in the world with no access to anything.. BUT I am here again and thankful to be here!! In the meantime I wish you a beautiful today what ever you are doing and enjoy a new week..Love and Huggsss,
