How can I ever thank you for the latest graphic you made me? It is just... perfect! I love it & everything about it. Thank you so very much, my dear friend. I'm more touched than I could ever express that you thought of me and made it.
Your profile is achingly lovely and makes my chest hurt... Your son looked very much like you, such a handsome boy - I know you must always be proud of him. Time does dull the constant, searing ache & emptiness; but at times it comes crushing back down like an avalanche of impenetrable sorrow and unending pain; ever and always undiminished by any words of comfort from family or friends, even when they're going through the same grief with you or have before.
Everything is hazy, unfocused. Words and sounds are distant as though they're coming, muffled and obscure, through the pads of a lunatic's cell... however the cell is my life, and no literal straight-jacket is even needed because my mind is my straight-jacket; inescapable and permanent. All feels hollow and devoid of purpose, but then - it passes.
I see the periwinkle-grey cloud's underbellies on fire from the light of the setting sun, which has already slipped past the horizon. The colors of the clouds is indescribable but I shall try. Imagine the most vivid crimson-orange being reflected off the undersides of the cold and chillingly beautiful lavender, periwinkle, royal, rich purple of all hues and names, clouds blotted against the washed-out blue of the twilit sky. Not even the finest artist could replicate such colors and natural beauty.
It's in that moment that I hope for the future; not just for my future or for my families and friend's but for every human being's future on this planet; all who have been and gone before and all yet to come and especially for people who are like you, dear-heart; I hope and I pray for all of us.
You are an inspiration to me Kaylah: your kindness and beauty, your character, your talent, your grace, your humor, your realness; you inspire me to be a better person and remind me to give love to others, not just take it.
