I believe that to live and work on a good farm, or to be engaged in other agricultural pursuits, is pleasant as well as challenging; for I know the joys and discomforts of agricultural life and hold an inborn fondness for those associations which, even in hours of discouragement, I cannot deny.

I'm a total Dachshund lover! I believe I know everything there is to know about a dachshund, I know kinda lame... Anyways I have to since I show mine. His name is Gimli. He's a black and tan, miniature, working class, dachshund. I normally show him in the county fair for 4-H but this year we're doing that AND moving up to state show for agility. He got a first last year, which proves that the small can do great things! :)

But I'm not all about dachshunds, just 40%... :P I'm also about FFA (Future Farmers of America). It's tons of fun, anyone who's thinking about joining, do it! It's also great for helping you get into a good college.

Another thing that's a big part of my life is Track. I'm a Hurdler. :) I also do relays and short distance runs. It's VERY good for you, and keeps you in shape for a very long time.

And of course, just like any other teen my friends are a HUGE part of my life! Without them I might just die! Word of advice ladies, FRIENDS BEFORE BOYFRIENDS! Except for a few exceptions, ya know what I'm talking about. My ex-friend, Rosie, put her boyfriend ahead of us every time. Soon, when we did talk, she had no idea what we were talking about (Ya know the stuff that was currently going on among our group). Then eventually she drifted completely away from us for her boyfriend. When he broke up with her she had no where to go to. So yeah, take my advice please. :)
