whatever content you want to put on your page has to have a link, so if it's something that is here on gg, pull it up and copy all the "bb code" info that is in the box that says "To post on Glitter-Graphics.com and forums" (should be like the 3rd one down) then go to your little profile pic on your profile page, click "edit" under your pic and paste it in the bottom box that says "something about yourself".
if it's content not on gg, you'll need to copy and paste your content link address in BB code format.
for example: (url=https://www.abc.com)(img)http://abc.com(/img)(/url)
oh and very important, make sure to use these brackets instead of these ( ) like my example because if you don't then it won't work. and if you're wondering why I used ( ) instead of in my example, it's because it will do something weird to my message if I don't.

so just basically replace the www.gg.com with your contents link address BB code info with the link
