Thanks for the nice note. It certainly is interesting that you have been here at G-G for as long as I and yet we
have not conversed until now! Have you been creating graphics all that time and just deleting them afterwards?
I don't know that I can answer your questions concerning the changes here at G-G. And, it has changed! I think the answers are as varied as the friends who belong here. Some have left because they just get "burned out." Some have left because they became fed up with "drama" that erupts on occasion. I think G-G requires a great deal of time...creating, voting, corresponding, etc. After a while, it just gets too much. As far as the mods are concerned, I know that quite a few have left and gotten their own sites. I've always appreciated the mods who have hung in here and no doubt are really busy now! I try and tell them, every chance I get, how much they are appreciated. I cannot imagine the time commitment. I have stayed with G-G for one reason...I enjoy it. I have only had two situations, in the time I have been here, that required my patience (for lack of a better word). I have had to cut back on the time I am here, as I just have found that I am neglecting some of my "real life" duties. LOL
I know that I haven't answered all your questions, but I think you would have to ask one of the mods those types of questions. They are the ones who are "in the know" here. Anything I might conclude is just a guess on my part.
Anyway, it is nice to meet you and I look forward to getting to know you better.
