Not sure, but my thought is, peeps get more interested in other things, especially when it's introduced & is new to them, as well as not possibly having time for both &/or our lives taking different directions. Yea, I believe private messaging is another key factor, as many here at GG have wanted that feature for a long time also & have let me know on numerous occasions. I know it was/is on Glig, & I used it quite a bit, but that was a few years ago & I've not been able to get on that site for some time.
Wow, you've been at FB for a long time, glad it didn't stop you from being a very active member here when you joined back in 2009.👍
I hear ya about the last 6 months, I know I was pretty busy around the autumn/fall/winter/christmas season with putting up many offers, which kept me pretty busy, lol..., but I didn't mind, as I enjoy making tags for my friends 😁🎨
I had been thinking the same thing, of those that are still here might stay, as it would be great! 😃

he is such a beautiful wee doggo we love him so much, it
was the best thing for us getting him, he gives us so much

I hear ya on how quiet it is here on GG & how it use to be such a hive of activity.
I agree & think I may have shared that with you before, how that social media has made such a huge difference, that's actually when I started noticing it more. And also agree that you can't compare GG to anywhere else, & that it is truly one of a kind to my knowledge also.

hello my dear friend
I hope you are well.
here in greece we continue to be in quarantine,
we go for the fifth month.
we are all very tired,
our whole life has changed and
psychologically a lot of people are not well.
the weather is starting to improve a lot ,
it has beautiful sunny days and with high temperatures.
I took advantage of it and did some chores at home.
I painted the house, renovated the bathroom and
got new furniture for the TV.
so the house was renewed a little and
my psychology went up a little.
I will start slowly and
with the garden comes the time when we will put flowers,
we will put plants for tomatoes, lettuce.
it is a beautiful occupation
these for me at the moment.
