How are you feeling today? I Hope your swelling has gone down and today was a better day for you....you are your body's best judge so you should know when you push yourself too hard....sometimes we can't help ourselves...I've been there myself...well just know that I am thinking of you and wishing you well....enjoy what's left of your weekend

I was wondering if it could be the
change in weather,
from rain to sunshine or it could
be you've been putting too much pressure
on your knee or it could be you've been working too hard...not sure as I am no nurse lol.

Was it Anna's info? If so, would you please
make it more visable and resubmit it for
approval. Also, I still have the individual
