Update - 31/10/2015
Hello everyone!
I'm feeling a bit better. Thank you for all your support and prayers. I really appreciate it.
I am now on a low dose mood stabiliser throughout the afternoon and evening and then a large dose at night and an anti-depressant in the morning.
I feel very tired after taking the low dose in the afternoon and evening so bear with me, I override the tiredness and become a lot more stable.
Thank you so much.
And Perry just drooled on me after having a treat. He gave me lots of sloppy kisses in exchange. <3

Hi Bren, we had a lovely Halloween thank you :) ... I didn't have a party or anything like that but we had fireworks locally this year and they were beautiful to watch .... Lots of kids all dressed up trick or treating ... It was wonderful being out walking my dog last night, although he's not fond of fireworks bless him ... He loved the cuddles from the kids we met as we walked ... It's a lovely day here so I'm about to tackle my back garden in my onesie and boots lol ... Wish the poor neighbours luck! Hello and HAPPY HALLOWEEN for those who celebrate..Me, I so dislike this holiday but enjoy please and be safe.. Also here to inform you that I so needed a change, as we all do in our lives..So I made just a small change here on GG.. My user name "nutcase" is no longer. I needed a change & this helped me.. So I will now use the user name lin60 and you will see that under all of my tags both old and new.. So please know that I am here and not going any where, all of my older tags are now under lin60 in the updates..So it is me..My page is still here as always that did not change..Also I want to say that I am so sorry I have not been by to visit, as I have been really busy with Tracey working on an issue that developed om GG..And that is what we are here for.. So in the meantime, happy weekend and love life!!!!

I'm not too bad. Apparently, medication for bipolar should be split, because I've been noticing that I go either high or low, depending on the mood swing at the time more towards the afternoon, evening and night and I think that is because I take my medication at night because it makes me incredibly sleepy. So now I take a high dose at night, before bed and two smaller doses during the afternoon and evening to keep my mood stable until the night and then I'll wake up and be stable in the morning and repeat. I feel like it is working fairly well.
Awh, bless your lab, he has been very well loved and taken care of to live to 11 1/2! You've done a fantastic job! I think of it like, Rocky is an angel in heaven and he has made way for Perry to give us love and joy and Rocky is up there looking down on Perry, making sure he is giving us lots of love.
How is Halloween going for you? I just had the cutest 4 year olds! They didn't know what to say, bless them. ^^
How is your weekend going?
I stayed with my boyfriend and then I went with my friend to get her a tattoo done. Nothing special. :P
