You can go to their website and download a 30 day free trial... Or like a lot of things on the 'net... I'm sure someone has a full version w/ a crack & serial key available for download.... You can look up Paint Shop Pro tutorials, There are lots of sites that teach you how to use the plugins and such to make really pretty graphics.
If you decide to download PSP, Trial... Or one that someone has uploaded... Search for these plugins : Eye Candy, Alien Skin: Xero, Lokas Software. :) Hope that helps..
