well i use paint shop pro 9for designing my graphics n animation shop 3 for well.. animating them..

oh but as a beginner i used www.blibs.com
its an online photo editing site.. u can upload images add text n animate them.

my computer is broken (i'm using my boyfriends) so I don't have the sites to go on but most people use Paint Shop Pro (or PSP) you should ask one of the mods if they have any sites to go on. asking zee zeebraore would be a good start.
