hi, on the left there is tree menus, the middle one, use options, no 4 upload graphics, then there is 4 field you have to fill them:
1) Title (put any thing related to your picture)
2) Theme (choose your pic related to which theme"
3) Category (after you choose the theme choose the sub-Category related also to your pic)
4) click brows to upload the pic from your computer
5) click upload
