Hmm no, I do not know of such a website. Making glitter graphics does requre some skill... I'm not sure a website could automatically generate them.

Well, I made the layouts with the generator on this website, and the graphics with Photoshop and ImageMagick. Soon I hope to add some tutorials to glitter-graphics, so others can make their own graphics as well. :)
