I am really sorry that you had to wait for such a long time for your graphics to get ready. First I had some computer problems, then had to take a break because of my daughters exams and by the time that both got solved it was time for Christmas and New Year. So I was taking requests only for Christmas and New Year tags. Now as I have finally started work on all the previously pending requests, your request is ready and waiting for approval by the moderator. You can check the latest uploads section after some time. Lunipic.com lets you decorate pictures online
for FREE. Also paint.net is a FREE program
you can download. They are somewhat complicated
to use. I would start with http://www.lunapic.com/editor/
it's easy.
