We came into each others lives,
Quietly, simply, not aware.
Just seeing you made my words stand still.
I couldn't speak the many words
Buried deep in my heart.
So I kept this all a silent secret.
I watched you from afar,
Dreamt of you always,
And loved you silently.
I, cowardly, sat alone...wanting...
To tell you "I Love You" and that I care.
That I want no one else but you.
But I thought you'd laugh,
Break and stomp on my heart.
So, regretfully, I won't open my mouth.
In silence I will love you,
In silence I'll care and want you.
I will keep this my silent secret.
