AND PEOPLE DON'T FILL THE FORM CORRECTLY!

I'M REALLY CONFUSED!!I DECIDED TO CLOSED..
AND I FEEL HORRIBLE..WHY..??BECAUSE ALTHOUGH I DON'T WANT TO,BUT I MUST TELL THEM THE TUTORIALS SO THAT THEY WON'T GET DISAPPOINTED!!!
