Hello....First of all you need a program called Paint Shop Pro 8 or Paint shop pro X. You can find it by google. There is a 30 day free trial and then it costs to keep it, usually around 80 or higher. Then you would need JASC Animation Shop 3. I think that comes free with the first program. You can also google that if they don't give you a direct link to it. The annimation is where you make the glitter come to life. For glittering that is complicated. You would want to also google that. Put in something like "tutorial on how to glitter graphics" or something to that effect. They have a couple different ways to do it. I would pick the one that is easiest for you to understand. You can also google the clipart. Put in something like free dog clipart or horse clipart. Some you can get for free, others sites charge you monthly for their clipart. Good luck and have fun!
