Its hard to find graphics on the internet that are plublic domain without any tags or copyrights on them......the best way is to invest in a graphics program software such as Corel Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop.....thats what most of the artist on here use....you can do a google for those and if you decide to purchase one there are a lot of tutorials on the net that teach you the basics....hope this has helped
