When the graphic requested is ready it is uploaded into a que for moderator check before it is posted. So when somebody says it has been uploaded it just means it is done and should show up posted shortly. You can check for your graphics in the "last 100 graphics uploaded" or go to the persons page who you requested from, and at the very top there is "uploads". There you can find all the graphics that person has uploaded. You can usually find your graphic request on the last page, or near the last few pages. I am still learning too, so I hope I explained that right :D
