go back into paint and just shrink the picture, though it will cut some of it out.

ooo yeh! i had the same problem when i first started uploading, so i just save everything in JPEG now and it uploads to the site fine... tho not all of it gets approved XD
hmmm, what category did you select?
try clip art...
and if it's still too big then just upload it into photobucket, that's why i use for stuff that doesn't get accepted on this site.
at the left side of the page
under user options you'll find an upload graphics link.
click it :D
