Hi...you can go to jasc.com and I believe they have a 30 day free trial for paint shop pro. If you can find version 8 it comes with animation shop. I have version 9 so I had to download animation shop separately. They also have a free 30 day trial for that as well. Hope this helps. Thanks!

I use paint shop pro and animation shop to make my graphics. Some people use photoshop.
There are tube sites that offer tubes (for example, butterflies, flowers, fairies, angels, etc). Some of these sites allow users to download the tubes to make their graphics with. Once you download the tubes then you would need a program like paint shop pro or photoshop to make the graphics with. Theres also a free online photo editing system that you can use as well.
