but i think "trying people" or dating helps a lot with this
we cant understand everything without experience
experience is important too
i can stay for months trying to figure out what i want or i can go out and live it
in practice is different than in theory

dont think that when a boy breaks ur heart all of it was a waste of time
maybe next time u will be stonger
(like in that song of christina aguilera "fighter"
just listen to it)

the important is to learn smth after every experience
even if its a bad one
