Janice I re-read your message to me, and I'm sorry I can't give you permission to change my graphic.
I made the graphic using a licensed piece of art and all her credits are on it as well as my taggers signature.
If you want to use the same idea in a tag with your picture,you don't need my permission.
Please make it a new creation tho, and don't remove, edit or alter my graphic.
I'd loved to see your finished project :o)

Sorry, but that is a graphic I made using Suzanne Woolcott's art and it's a finished animation.
Are you asking me to make you one using a picture of you?
I'm not sure what you are requesting.
