There seem to be more and more people using derogatory phrases or words on here. Especially forms of Retard. It's a medical diagnosis and hurts people who have it, and their families! Doesn't mean someone can't use it, can't stop it. It does change something though. Before you know what it is, it's ignorance, after it says a lot about the persons beliefs. There is no ok use, and it is actually considered a racial slur, because of it's history. Whether you know or not it comes across as immature, and hurts a lot of people, more than most would ever know.
