LOL I know I commented on almost every
vegetarian graphic but most of them are
from my friend forzaotaku and I asked her
if she had a problem and she said no. I know
some ppl attack me but I'm just proving my point
then they say it's not true, then I do reseach
and post comments but still they think it's not
true. I know I will die before the whole world
ever becomes a Vegetarian like this girl once
commented but I told her a quote I really like
"hope is the last thing that dies"
I've read that some ppl have difficulty absorbing
iron due to lack of hydrochloric acid, there is also
B12 anemia and folic acid anemia. To provide the body
with iron it is recomended to eat dark leafy green
vegetables and legumes. Eat broccoli, carrots, beets,
apple sauce, black berries, ble berries, cherries, and
spinach. One can drink a iron-rich juice made of
beets juice, parsley, spinach, beet greens, watercress.
the juice should be diluted with 50% water or apple juice.
Vegetarians can include: sprouts, raisins, kale, prunes,
parsley, watercress, dandelion greens, beets, black
berries, sea weeds such as hijiki, wakame and dulce.

I never eat any animals I don't wear fur or leather
I find my Protein and Iron in other foods. I check with
my Dr. for Anemia and I'm always fine. I buy cruelty free
items and always look for earth friendly products. I try
to recycle as much as I can. =º.º=
