If your not familiar with it then Go to TINYPIC.COM
And upload your imahe right there and send me in the URL of the image and then I will resize it and send it back to you for you to upload :)

Go to the Search box and look for avatars and Type in GIR and you will find great avatar and the size correct to upload here ^_^ if you need anymore help let me know :0
