My name is Amber, I'm a witch. Specifically, I am a Solitary Eclectic with a healthy dollop of Celtic, a major part of my personal heritage.
I am a Scorpio, a Water Elemental, and the talents I am working on are Healing, and Seeing.
As a Solitary Witch I am self-educated. I am trying to learn as much as I can in order to work the Craft to the best of my abilities.
Graphics are an integral part of what I do, as visualisation is very important in my work.
I look forward to meeting some of you here.
Blessed Be!

with the intention of arriving safely
in a pretty and well preserved body,
but rather to skid in broadside,
throughly used up, totally worn out,
and loudly proclaiming ---
' MAN, WHAT A RIDE!!!! ' "

Meowzer is a big huge seal point siamese mix. Very spoiled, I raised him from 2.5oz. He had no ears and his eyes were still sealed shut. He looked like a little white hamster.
Hi, just wondering if the "Super cool" ever gives up, because I just responded to her comment, and now I'm thinking I shouldn't have? I'm not here to feud with people.
Of course I can, I try to believe 6 unbelievable things before breakfast. (a loose quote from Lewis Carrol, via the Red Queen)

does it make you feel good or somthing to point out others
faults?? seems that way to me"
What is the use in trying to show the unteachable their mistakes and faults?
|Two thoughts leap to mind, the first, "you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink" the second, "There are none so blind as those who will not see." The latter is Scripture, the former, Common Sense.
Further, you will recall this mental infant came to our attention when he was assualting someone else's belief, or, the very behaviour that he seems to indicate is something you should not do. It would seem this child is full of contradictions, a common case for youth of the current cultural generation.

I have done nothing but try to show him the error in his ways, as you have, and I get told by a 16 year old to act MY age? I give up on the poor child, maybe one day he WILL see the error in his ways....
I agree, and have told him much the same thing in several different ways. I told him, as you are aware, that I fear for his soul in his belief system. He disregards this as being important. All I know is, if he does not believe that Jesus had biological family, if he thinks that Christianity has always existed even before the Jews believed, then he is in doctrinal error, and in danger of falling to his eternal Doom in his belief system.
I will note: At 16, he is sick of people telling him what he knows, and what he doesn't? It's laughable. Little does he know how the rest of his life will proceed.
You have, indeed acted your age, as you are commanded, in teaching the young, providing guidance and instruction, and at least opening the door of Knowledge to him. That he chooses not to enter and learn, and grow, and be a suitable representative of his religion is his problem, and on his head.
I can only wonder what the look on his face will be when he passes, and at Judgement She asks "So, tell me what you believe"?
One also has to ask how he would have behaved in the Old Times, when the option was to profess your faith and be cast to lions, or convert to the approved Mithraic religion. Fast forward that some, to the time of the Inquisition. Had he said what he believes now in that time, he would be summarily burned at the stake as a Heretic and Apostate
All I can think of is, I'd hate to see the Christians that really know their stuff tear into him.. They are not a forgiving bunch.
We have done what we can within the confines of his beliefs,to apprise him of the situation. We can do no more.
