I don't know anything about Photo Impressions...most of the mods and artist here use Jasc Paint Shop Pro or Photo Shop....
you could maybe do a google search to learn more about it.

If you upload a graphic and it is not approved
it could be one of several reasons.
1. it is already present
2. came from another site with the site name...example (blingee.com,thedollpalace.com,coolbuddy.com..etc)
3. had a site name and or url address on it
4. it had a tag (signature) of another artist
5. graphic is a copyright...example (hello kitty characters,pon & zi, Anne Geddes, metoyou bears tatty teddy)
6. graphic was not clear
7. text was not clear if text is the main part of the graphic
8. graphic has sexual content or explicit sexual content (not suitable for anyone under 17)
9. graphic was a personal photo
10. image was a personal graphic (more than 1 name and or personal information)
