It is not about good and evil.The upside-down pentacle simply represents the sign of a second degree witch so this is acknowledging all degrees of witchcraft. First degree point up(first connection between source and spirit), second degree point down (representing introspection and internal work or the spirit going within), third degree point up (taking the wisdom out into the world). It is "eclectic" like me, meaning, magic is just magic, no white magic and no black magic, just magic, I won't elaborate here but I have met many "good" witches who have cast spells for money.
