As for people that are too young to have a baby or think they aren't ready, maybe you shouldnt be having unprotected, premarital sex and you wouldnt have to worry about getting an abortion. If a girl is old enough to get her period she is old enough to have a baby so if she gets pregnant she would be able to handle child birth, that's the whole point of puberty, so you can't use that as an excuse to kill a baby that could possibly be the one to cure AIDS or cancer. If I have a daughter that gets pregnant at 12 of course im going to be pissed, but im not going to tell her she has to kill it just because she is that young or Im afraid of what people will think. Truth be told, I wouldnt give her the option of an abortion. I would tell her to keep it and help her raise it or give it up for adoption. I know how many people there are that cant have thier own children, women that hurt everyday because they will never get to go through pregnancy, which is amazing. Shouldn't they have a chance to adopt that baby and give it a good home and love it even though it's not their bilogical child? Im 9 months pregnant and pro-life. Adoption isnt the only way. Abortion shouldn't be illegal, if pregnancy could kill or permanently physically or psychologically damage the mother. I think it should be legal for rape victims until the point at which the baby starts to move, and partial birth abortion is horrific and I don't think I'll ever forget what I read. I think underage pregnancy should be the same as rape, because of the psychological effect and the impact on one's education. Feel free to comment on where you think I'm right or wrong etc. Thankyou.
